The app contains various videos that demonstrate the steps and also offers an exercise component to help you learn the dance and tone your body. The instructor, Lavesh, will also explain all the movements to you in easy-to-understand video tutorials.
The app contains a 30-day workout plan and you can choose to complete it if you’re ready. The workout plan consists of different sets of exercises that will help you gain strength and muscle.
